What hours is your office open?
We are normally open from 8am – 6pm, 7 days per week. If you are arriving outside of these times please contact reception prior to your arrival to make arrangements.
* PLEASE NOTE: Current office hours during COVID-19 are 8:30am to 5:30pm, 7 days a week *
When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
Check-in after 2pm. Arrival after this time is available by contacting reception during office hours.
Check out is before 10am on the day of departure.
Are you pet friendly?
Please note, a one-off pet cleaning fee of $15.00 per animal, per stay applies to designated pet friendly cabins.
Can I have a camp fire?
We are currently permitting raised braziers on our caravan and camping sites. This is always subject to change and local fire conditions.
Your fire pit or brazier must be in a contained fire-proof vessel and up on legs (especially if going on the grass sites). You must also let us know beforehand if you will be having a camp fire. Any questions, feel free to call on 02 6921 4287.
Do you have a pool?
Yes we do! Our in-ground swimming pool is open seasonally and has a shade-sail and pool lounge chairs.
Do you have a playground?
You will find our adventure playground right next to the pool area in the centre of the park, with several picnic tables surrounding it. Please note that children must be supervised at all times.
Do you have internet access?
Yes we have wireless internet access available (enquire at reception).
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a self-serve coin-operated laundry available at the Amenities Block.
Do you have noise restrictions?
Noise from any source must be kept at a minimum at all times, particularly before 8am and after 10pm.
