Reception hours

8am - 6pm 7 days per week. If you are arriving outside of these times please contact reception prior to your arrival to make arrangements.

Deposit & Payments

BIG4 Wagga Wagga Holiday Park requires a deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation. This will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.

Changes & Cancellations

BIG4 Wagga Wagga Holiday Park Terms and Conditions: Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified of your cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival minus a $35 administration fee. If notice of your cancellation is received after this time the park will retain the deposit paid. No refunds on early departures. Prices subject to change without notice.

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy

Our park is opening from 1 June 2020 for regional NSW travel (as per the NSW Government announcement 20/5/20 and subject to change at any time), and we are taking bookings now! We have a flexible policy for bookings arriving up until 31 August 2020, where you can change or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before arrival. Our regular cancellation policies will apply for bookings for arrival after 1 September 2020.

Fees

A one-off pet cleaning fee of $15.00 per animal, per stay applies to designated pet friendly cabins.

Pets

BIG4 Wagga Wagga Holiday Park is pet friendly within all powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites and selected cabins (Ensuite Cabins). Please see our Pet Friendly page for full terms and conditions.
